Mr. Muhammad Rashid Zahir  

Mr. Muhammad Rashid Zahir is Chief Executive of Saudi Pak Industrial and Agricultural Investment Company Limited.  He is also Chairman of the Boards of Directors of Saudi Pak Leasing Company Limited, Saudi Pak Insurance Company Limited and Saudi Pak Real Estate Limited the  affiliates of Saudi Pak Investment Company.  In addition, he is represented on the Board of several companies in fiduciary capacity. An M.B.A. from Institute of Business Administration, Karachi, he carries thirty five years experience in the field of development and investment banking. He joined Saudi Pak in July 1991. His long association with the company has contributed to developing a stable management structure, which is responsible for phenomenal growth in the company’s operations. He performed key role in the acquisition of a Commercial Bank in 2001 and its spectacular turnaround in a short span of time.
